Sometimes you are in a new country and you're totally broke and other times you have money to burn and that can really help you make decisions on what to eat, what to buy and what to do. Despite being skint or broke in Uganda there is lots to enjoy. Equally if you have money it's nice to know you're spending it in the right places.
